Usage for Beef Ribs
Oven (Cooking time is 5 hours total):
Please note that any meat that you roast should be taken out of the fridge at least 1 hour before cooking for best texture.
Set oven for 150C. Coat ribs in oil and then rub Koko & Roy Deli Texas Style Dry Rub. Place on baking tray, wrap in aluminum foil and roast for 4.5 hours. Raise oven temperature to 200C and remove the aluminum foil. Bake uncovered for a further 30 min. Serve with Koko & Roy Deli Smokey BBQ Sauce and potato salad.
