This website currently serves Germany. If you’re looking to order in another E.U. country, write to us and we will do our best to get quality dry-aged beef directly to your door.
Please allow for 2-3 business days to receive your order.
We work directly with an abattoir to ensure we get top quality grass-fed beef. Saying that, you can never be 100% sure unless you raise the cattle yourself.
That is why we’re on track to raise our own cows. Using Regenerative Agriculture we will begin raising our own cows in the Spring of 2021. For more information about sustainable agriculture, check out www.greenstitute.com and www.adamgrowseden.com .
All beef comes fresh cut and vacuum-packed. All products will remain fresh for up to 3 weeks in a 5C cooled fridge. Burgers (as they are minced), 2 weeks is recommended.
If you would like to freeze your order, we do not recommend freezing for longer than 3-4 months. We generally do not recommend this however, as freezing will change the texture of the meat (ice crystals expand).
Marinating or smoking meats can preserve these to consume for later.
All our beef is locally sourced from Poland. While it is hard to find quality beef in Poland, the fact is that the country is the second largest exporter of beef in the European Union.
